Job Description

Main Role

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, monitor sales targets, and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives. Provide accurate sales forecasts, actionable plans, and market insights to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement

    • Drive sales of product brands to meet and exceed assigned targets.

    • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Design, R&D, and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

    • Provide feedback to internal teams for product improvement and customization.

  • Network Development

    • Build and expand customer, client, and project owner networks.

    • Establish strong relationships with designers and consultants to support business growth.

  • Financial Management

    • Collect deposits and ensure timely completion of customer payments.

  • Customer Service

    • Handle customer complaints and claims by investigating issues and providing effective solutions.

    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Product Development Support

    • Contribute ideas and assist in developing products tailored to project requirements.

  • Market Intelligence

    • Monitor and analyze market trends, providing regular updates and insights to management.

    • Share competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Business Development

    • Identify and pursue relevant business opportunities to expand market presence.

  • Reporting & Forecasting

    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

  • Additional Duties

    • Carry out tasks assigned by direct supervisors to support overall business operations.

Necessary Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience

  • Strong service mindset with a positive working attitude

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel abroad as required

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Interior Designers, Consultants, or Property Owners

  • Background in Furniture, Curtains, or Interior Decoration industries

  • Ability to multi-task with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of carpets, SPC flooring, or acoustic panels is an advantage

 Key Responsibilities

  • Retain existing accounts and develop new accounts in assigned market segment for carpet business

  • Keep an eye on market trends and report to management regularly

  • Conduct market research and analysis

  • Identify and effectively pursue relevant business opportunities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets with excellent customer services & market insights

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management

  • Demonstrate professional know-how and market sense

  • Establish long-term partnerships with potential industry stakeholders, partners and clients 

Necessary Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in related field preferred

(1) hospitality carpet experience or

(2) other carpet (i.e. carpet tiles) experience, and/or hard flooring (SPC) experience or

(3) hospitality interior product experience (e.g. fabric, furniture, wall covering ... etc.), or at least has GOOD experience / connection with hospitality international interior design firms or

(4) have GOOD experience / connection with hotel end users

  • Strong communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English

  • Possess strong sales technique and sound financial sense

  • Positive, energetic and outgoing, possess a strong can-do attitude and able to work independently

  • Eager to gain expert knowledge of the product, the market and customers

  • Excellent team player and relationship builder with clients

  • Good people management and development skills
