Position Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and project sales activities in the Hong Kong region market.

This role is responsible for driving strategic growth across hospitality, commercial, and interior project sectors through specification sales, key account management, and industry relationship development.

The ideal candidate possesses strong market connectivity within hospitality and commercial interiors, with the ability to influence designers, hotel operators, developers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

This position is highly suitable for candidates currently working within: Carpet Industries, Commercial flooring, Architectural materials, Hospitality FF&E, Acoustic/interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales Growth

    • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets within assigned market segments.

    • Develop and execute strategic business plans for hospitality, commercial, and project sales.

    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and key accounts.

    • Build strong project pipelines through proactive market engagement and networking.

  • Specification & Project Sales

    • Promote products to Interior designers, Architects, Hotel operators, Developers, Procurement companies, Main contractors.

    • Manage the sales process from the specification stage through project award and installation coordination.

    • Participate in project presentations, material recommendations, and solution development.

  • Relationship Management

    • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and industry stakeholders.

    • Develop strategic partnerships within the hospitality and commercial interiors ecosystem.

    • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

  • Market Intelligence & Commercial Strategy

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and industry developments.

    • Conduct market research and provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to management.

    • Identify emerging market opportunities and customer needs.

  • Customer & Project Management

    • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.

    • Coordinate closely with internal teams, including design, operations, production, and logistics, to ensure successful project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Required Experience

    • Minimum 8 years of relevant sales or business development experience

    • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Hospitality, Commercial Carpets, Architectural/interior materials, Acoustic solutions, Hospitality FF&E

    • Strong established network and relationships with: Hospitality interior design firms, Hotel groups and operators, Developers, Hospitality consultants, Commercial project stakeholders

Position: Chief Accountant
Location: Gurgaon, India

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full set of books independently

  • Prepare month-end closing, reconciliations & various management reports, budgets & variance analysis

  • Prepare monthly reports for sales, gross margins, commissions, inventory and others

  • Ensure all requested reporting (ad‐hoc and routine) are completed in a timely manner and contain accurate information

  • Liaise with auditors & various parties to comply with regulatory requirements

  • Handle invoicing and payment processing

  • Independently maintain account ledger statements for individual projects / clients & coordinate (if required) for reconciliation

  • Liaise with the local bank / visit for LC payment document submission and payment collection

  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience, preferably with experience in trading and manufacturing industries, some audit experience a plus
